Overview

A special Cairo program from Hurghada designed to include as many of Cairo’s most interesting attractions as possible without shopping stops.

The program includes the Giza Pyramids, Great Sphinx, National Egyptian Museum, the historic Christian area of Cairo, and a Nile boat ride, which is already included in the excursion price.

The Christian area includes several historical sites connected with the journey of the Holy Family in Egypt. Visitors can enter the churches. The itinerary may include the Hanging Church, Abu Serga Church and Amr Ibn Al-As Mosque, although the exact sites can vary depending on available time.

The program also passes through the historic Muslim area of Cairo. The page mentions a mosque originally built in 642 AD, associated with the first Arab capital of Egypt and described as the first mosque in Africa.
