- The excursion must be booked at least 2 days in advance; during high season, booking a week ahead is recommended.
- A $100 advance payment is required to purchase the flight ticket. This deposit is non-refundable if the excursion is cancelled.
- The remaining balance is paid during the transfer before the flight.
- The website recommends Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, depending on flight availability.
- Passport photos for all travelers must be sent to arrange the tourist permit and purchase the flight tickets.
- Flights are booked on available charter flights.
- Evening flights may sometimes be delayed in Cairo.
- If Program 2 has too few participants and the main group is operating Program 1, Program 2 may not operate; the price difference is refunded.
- Cairo Airport has limited café facilities, so travelers are advised to prepare snacks in case of delays.
- Guides may offer products for sale; the online booking service does not control the quality or prices of those products.
- Entrance inside the Great Pyramid is not included.
